Saint Ann’s offers age/grade specific programs for youth, as well as a full Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) journey for adults.

Grade 1 – Grade 6
Religious Education classes for children from grade 1-grade 6 are held on Sunday mornings. Sessions for grades 1-6: Session I: 9:15-10:00; Grade 1: during 10:15 Mass; Session II: 11:30-12:15. Contact Jim and Ellen McDowell at 682-5181 ext. 21 or email stanns firstname.lastname@example.org.
Classes are held on the first Sunday of every month. The evening begins with a “Teen Mass ” followed by dinner, classroom instruction, and ends with an activity. Contact Julie Hagan at 682-5181 ext. 22 or email email@example.com.
The Confirmation Program is a two-year program beginning in 9th grade with Confirmation celebrated in the spring of the 10th grade. It is composed of classroom teaching, retreats, and service projects.

What is the VIRTUS “Protecting God’s Children” training?
This adult awareness program is nationally recognized. The sessions, which are 3 hours in length, cover the warning signs of child sexual abuse. The facilitator also leads the group through a 5-part plan that builds the full barrier system between children and those who would do them harm. There is also a mandatory criminal background check required by participants in order to be in contact with children and youth.
When do I need to attend?
Employees and volunteers must complete a training session within 60 days from the start of their duties.

Yes ~ youths between the ages of 16 and 18 years may attend with pre~approval by their parent or guardian.
