A pastoral ministry that shares our family community of St. Ann’s with those who cannot attend church services. We visit, listen, pray and bring Jesus in the Eucharist. As people who believe in the continued presence of God among and within us, we reach out in love and compassion. In doing so, we come to share our Lord in a wonderful way.
Please contact the Parish Office for more information either by phone 315-682-5181 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org
Do Something Day
A service day which occurs twice a year (fall and spring); any parishioner may participate. Volunteers are sent to various locations throughout our community which have been identified as in need.
Please email Corine Ward for more information at email@example.com
Any Volunteer whose ministry brings them into contact with children and youth is required to attend a Protecting God’s Children (VIRTUS) training session. Training is free of charge and is offered on-site at St. Ann’s. Additional training sessions are held throughout the year at various locations within the Syracuse Diocese. Please contact Julie Hagan at SafeEnvironment@saintannschurch.com (315-682-1042 ext. 22) or go to www.syrdio.org for more information.
A Prayerful Reminder:
Do you know someone who is ill, at home or in the hospital, who is hurting spiritually as well? Please consider bringing them a St. Ann’s Prayer Bear! Located at the church entrances, these soft, cuddly teddy bears carry a message of prayerful concern from our faith community. They are there and you may take them as you need to.
If you would like to help continue this parish ministry, you are welcome to donate teddy bears of all shapes, sizes and colors. Simply drop them off in the Parish Office and we’ll take care of them!
