St. Ann's Religious Education Policy
All grades of Religious Education are open to members of our Parish family
New Parishioners moving into area, from out of town, will be given every opportunity possible to be part of the program (provided space is available)
To be part of the Religious Education Program, you must be a member of our Parish by January 1st of the year classes begin (September).
If for some other significant reason someone wishes to be part of our Program and is not a member by January 1st, they must obtain a letter of permission from their Pastor.

Saint
Ann's welcomes back children and teens to religious education with a Fall kick-off carnival.
Preschool - Grade 6
Religious Education classes for children from preschool-grade
6 are held on Sunday mornings.
Sessions for grades 1-6:
Session I: 8:15-9:00
Session II: 9:15-10:00
Session III: 11:30-12:15
The “I Am Special” Program
Early childhood Religious Education classes for children in preschool
and kindergarten are held during the 10:15 liturgy.
The “Small World” Nursery
Parents are welcome to drop their small children off to play in
the nursery during the 10:15 mass each Sunday morning. A group of
dedicated adults and students care for the youngest members of our
parish community
First Communion Program
The First Communion program is centered around family instruction,
supplemented by classroom instruction and workshops. The parish
community shares in the instruction as children are taught the parts
of the liturgy during the weekend mass schedule. First Communion
is celebrated the Saturday before Mother's Day.

Vacation Bible School
Children ages 4-12 are invited to join us for Vacation Bible
School in July. Activities are held from 10 a.m - 1 p.m, Monday-Wednesday
before the Feast of Saint Ann. A carnival and ice cream social celebration
after the parish Feast of Saint Ann concludes our celebration.

Grades 7-10
Classes are held on the first Sunday of every month.
The evening begins with a "Teen Mass " followed by dinner,
classroom instruction, and ends with an activity.
Confirmation Program
The Confirmation Program is a two-year program beginning in
9th grade with Confirmation celebrated in the spring of the 10th
grade. It is composed of classroom teaching, retreats, and service
projects.
